Adjusted routes
In coordination with the planned opening of Sound Transit 2 Line across I-90, Route 8 will be revised to serve Judkins Park Station and will no longer operate on Martin L King Jr Way S between S Massachusetts St and S Jackson St. It will instead operate on 23rd Ave S, serving southbound stops at S Jackson St, S Dearborn St, S Norman St, S Judkins St and S Massachusetts St S. And northbound stops at Massachusetts & Martin L King Jr Way S, 23rd Ave S & S Judkins, S Norman and S Lane streets.
Route 21 will be on a long-term re-route due to construction and will not serve stops on SW Barton St between 35th Ave SW and 26th Ave SW, it will instead operate on SW Trenton St. Southbound trips will end at a new temporary stop at SW Barton St & 25th Ave SW (stop #39977). Northbound trips will begin at 25th Ave SW & SW Barton St (stop #39990).
The new last stop for Route 31 trips ending in Magnolia is at W McGraw St & 31st Ave W (stop #99500).
One northbound trip will be added to Route 48 on weekdays and Saturday. Northbound departure times will be adjusted on all days to create 15-minute combined service with Route 8 after 10pm.
The first stop for eastbound trips from Greenwood and last stop for westbound trips from Lake City will now be at Greenwood Ave N & N 85th St (stop #6640).
Route 75 is on a long-term re-route due to construction of a roundabout at NE 125th St and Roosevelt Way NE. During construction, Route 75 will not operate on 5th Ave NE between NE Northgate Way and NE 125th St, it will instead operate via NE Northgate Way, Pinehurst Way NE and 15th Ave NE. Route 75 is expected to return to regular route in late August 2026, with the start of the Fall 2026 Service Change. Route 75 will use existing stops along the re-route served by Route 348.
Early morning and evening low-ridership trips will be deleted, and additional trips will be added in the AM and PM peak period to better align with Ekstein Middle School bell-times and ridership demand.
On weekdays, four trips, two northbound and two southbound will be added during peak periods to increase service levels to every 15 minutes between 6am and 7pm.
The first and last stop for Route 128 in West Seattle will be relocated from southbound California Ave SW & SW Hill St to southbound California Ave SW & SW College St (stop #32371).
Routes 131 and 132 bay assignments will change at Burien Transit Center due to construction. Routes 131 and 132 will pick up at Bay 3 and drop off at Bay 6.

Route 156 will be extended to the new Kent Des Moines Link Light Rail Station and will no longer serve the South Parking Lot at Highline College. Route 156 will serve Highline College at stop #47263 east of the South Parking Lot in the bus loop in the eastbound direction, and new bus stop #50500 on S 240th in the westbound direction.
Route 161 bay assignments will change at Burien Transit Center. Route 161 will pick up at Bay 5 and drop off at Bay 4.
Route 162 will be on a long-term re-route due to construction on Railroad Ave N near Kent Station. When construction begins, Route 162 will not serve Bay 4, it will instead serve Bay 1 at Kent Station.
Route 165 will change bay assignments at Burien Transit Center due to construction, and will drop off at Bay 4, instead of Bay 1.
Route 165 will be revised at Highline College and will no longer serve the bus loop stop (#47263) in the westbound direction; it will instead serve new stop #50500 on S 240th St.
Route 165 will be revised to serve the new Kent Des Moines Station with the new stops on Pacific Hwy S. Route 165 will serve Kent Des Moines Station at Pacific Hwy S & Highline College Access Rd (stop #50479) in the westbound direction and Pacific Hwy S & S 236th St (stop #42961) in the eastbound direction. It will no longer serve the stop at Pacific Hwy S & S 240th St (stop #61180).
Route 181 will have an expanded service day on weekends. The service day will start at 6am and end at 11pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
Route 182 will have an expanded service day from 5am to 10:15pm on weekdays and 7am to 9:15pm on weekends.
Four weekday southbound trips will be added to provide 30-minute service between 5 and 7am.
12 trips will be added on Saturday, six southbound and six northbound to provide 30-minute service between 6and 9pm.
Route 183 will be revised at Star Lake Station to serve southbound stop 53542 and northbound stop 53541 at the station. It will no longer serve the southbound stop at S 272nd St & 26th Ave S (stop #50734).
Route 187 will have expanded service on weekends. Service will start at 7am and end at 9:15pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Route 223 will have increased service during the weekday midday period. A total of eight trips will be added to provide 20-minute service between 10am and 1pm.
DART Route 224 will be revised in the Redmond Ridge neighborhood to serve new bus stops on Redmond Ridge Dr NE just north of NE Marketplace Dr to provide service to SpaceX and the surrounding office park. DART 224 will no longer operate on Cedar Park Cr NE between NE Novelty Hill Rd and NE Marketplace Dr.
Route 225 will be revised to serve Overlake Village Station and Overlake Park & Ride and will no longer operate on NE 40th St or serve Redmond Technology Station. It will instead operate on 148th Ave NE south of NE 40th St to NE 36th St and 152nd Ave NE.
Route 225 will have trips added on weekday peak, midday, and night periods and on weekends. On weekdays a total of 27 trips at peak and midday periods will be added to provide 30-minute service between 5:15am and 10pm. On Saturday and Sunday, one southbound trip will be added.
Route 240 will have increased service during weekday peak, midday, and night periods. On weekdays, 20 trips will be added to peak and midday periods to provide 15-minute service between 5am and 9pm.
Route 250 will be revised to serve both Avondale and Bear Creek Park & Ride with every trip, maintaining the existing frequency of service.
Route 269 will be revised at Marymoor Village Station. Southbound trips will serve Bay 2 and northbound trips will serve Bay 4.
Route 631 bay assignment will be revised at Burien Transit Center due to construction. Route 631 will pick up and drop off at Bay 5. Weekday service will be adjusted in the AM peak, midday, PM peak, and evening periods to provide approximately 35-minute service.
DART Route 903 will have an expanded service day. On weekdays, service will extend from 5am to 9:30pm This change was made to better serve the Link Light Rail extension to Federal Way.
DART 930 will be revised to include a new deviation zone for Kingsgate in the area defined by 124th Ave NE to the west, NE 132nd St to the south, 132nd Ave NE to the east, and NE 144th St and NE 143rd St to the north.
RapidRide C Line will be on a long-term re-route due to construction and will not serve stops on SW Barton St between 35th Ave SW and 26th Ave SW, it will instead operate on SW Trenton St.
Southbound trips will serve the stop at 35th Av SW and SW Barton St (stop #22580) and end at 25th Ave SW & SW Henderson St (stop #39981). Northbound trips will begin at 25th Ave SW & SW Barton St (stop #39990) and continue to serve existing stops.
After 11pm, the last southbound stop on the RapidRide E Line will be 3rd Ave S & S Main S (stop #515).
The Water Taxi will begin its summer sailing schedule April 11, 2026, on its Vashon and West Seattle routes. Schedules will be updated online in the coming weeks.
